As an Expo at Red Robin, your presence assures Guests and Servers that the food will come out of the kitchen and arrive at the Guest's table in the expected amount of time and that it is prepared properly. When the restaurant is busy, you will have your hands full and that's when your talents will stand out.
As the go-between for the Guest and the kitchen, you will be expected to fix any orders that do not adhere to the Red Robin standard or recipe. You need to be willing to wear different hats and help prepare food when the kitchen is extremely busy, also check the flow of the tickets and make sure the orders match what's on the plates. A team-player attitude is vital to this job.
